Note: A YEO, YE Counselor or someone else can use this document to find Rotarians to do all of these activities. Remember that we need to background check a Rotarian prior to them being alone with a student. You can have one person for events and another person for restaurants. Make sure to clear with the host family and if the host family has kids think of 1 or 2 events it would be fun to do with them and the exchange students.
